All sales are final. Refunds will not be given for cancellations & no-shows. By making a purchase, you agree to the Green Parrot Villa no refund policy and you have acknowledged that the ticket sale does not include beverages.

 Live reps are in the office M-F 11am-6pm. You may leave a message on the phone and our reps will return your call as soon as possible within the office hours.

Your reservation is not confirmed until you have received a text or  email confirmation.

Dressing to the theme is not required but highly encouraged.
